Tiffany R. Maddox, MBA, serves as Vice Chair of Mayarde’s Helping Hands Inc., bringing 20 years of leadership experience across nonprofit, higher education, healthcare, and multi-site organizations. In her role, she provides strategic leadership in governance, organizational development, executive operations, and long-term organizational advancement while partnering with the Founder & CEO and Board of Directors to strengthen the organization and advance its mission.

Tiffany is a nonprofit executive and Chief Administrative Officer whose career reflects the intersection of strategy, people, operations, governance, and organizational effectiveness. She has progressed from leadership roles in finance, business operations, and administration to serving as an Executive Advisor and Chief of Staff to a CEO and now as Chief Administrative Officer supporting executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has partnered with CEOs, Boards of Directors, executive leadership teams, and organizational stakeholders to align priorities, strengthen operations, develop leaders, and translate strategic vision into execution. Her experience includes organizational strategy, governance, workforce strategy, leadership development, business operations, executive administration, compliance, partnership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Tiffany brings this leadership perspective to Mayarde’s Helping Hands through her commitment to strengthening organizational systems, advancing sound governance practices, developing leadership capacity, and building partnerships that create meaningful community impact. As Vice Chair, she works alongside the Founder & CEO and Board of Directors to help translate the organization’s vision into action and position Mayarde’s Helping Hands for sustainable growth.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Sciences and Sociology from Georgia State University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Education, Organizational Leadership at Liberty University. Her academic and professional journey reflects a long-standing commitment to connecting education, workforce development, leadership, and economic opportunity.

As an aspiring Edupreneur, Tiffany is passionate about creating innovative pathways that help individuals move from education to meaningful careers, economic opportunity, and community contribution. Her long-term vision is to connect education, workforce development, organizational leadership, and community impact through cross-sector partnerships.

Tiffany’s leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity, service, accountability, and character. She believes strong organizations are built through strong leadership, clear vision, purposeful execution, and trusted relationships. Her philosophy is simple: Character before credentials. Talent may open doors, but character sustains trust, leadership, and long-term success.

As she often says, “Don’t let your talent take you where your character can’t hold you.”

Outside of her professional and community commitments, Tiffany is a devoted wife and mother of three young adults. She values family, service, leadership development, creativity, and lifelong learning, and remains committed to using her leadership and experience to strengthen organizations and create opportunities for individuals, families, and communities.
