Tiffany R. Maddox, MBA, serves as Board Chair of Mayarde’s Helping Hands Inc., bringing 20 years of leadership experience across nonprofit operations, education, healthcare, and multi-site organizations. In her role, she provides strategic leadership in governance, organizational development, executive operations, and long-term organizational advancement while partnering with the Founder & CEO and Board of Directors to strengthen the organization and advance its mission.

Tiffany is a nonprofit executive and Chief Administrative Officer whose career reflects the intersection of strategy, people, operations, governance, and organizational effectiveness. Her leadership journey has progressed from finance, business operations, human resources, and administration to executive advisory and Chief of Staff leadership, and ultimately to Chief Administrative Officer leadership supporting CEOs, executive teams, and Boards of Directors.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has advised and partnered with executive leaders, Boards of Directors, organizational stakeholders, community partners, and cross-sector organizations to align priorities, strengthen operations, develop leaders, and translate strategic vision into execution. Her expertise includes organizational strategy, governance, workforce development, leadership development, business operations, executive administration, compliance, partnership development, and organizational effectiveness.

As Board Chair, Tiffany brings this experience to Mayarde’s Helping Hands through her commitment to strong governance, organizational capacity, strategic partnerships, and sustainable community impact. She works alongside the Founder & CEO and Board of Directors to strengthen organizational systems, advance strategic priorities, develop leadership capacity, and position the organization for continued growth and impact.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Sciences and Sociology from Georgia State University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. She is pursuing an EdD in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in Educational Leadership, reflecting her long-standing commitment to connecting education, workforce development, leadership, and economic opportunity.

As an Edupreneur, Tiffany is passionate about developing innovative cradle-to-career pathways that connect education, workforce development, and economic opportunity. Her long-term vision is to build stronger educational and organizational systems through cross-sector partnerships that expand opportunities for youth, individuals, families, and communities.
