Josué Pierre serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Mayarde’s Helping Hands Inc., providing financial leadership and supporting the organization’s commitment to responsible growth, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

As CFO, Josué provides oversight of financial planning, budgeting, resource management, and financial accountability. He works closely with the Founder & CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors to ensure the organization’s resources are managed responsibly, aligned with its mission, and positioned to support meaningful community impact.

Josué is committed to strengthening the financial foundation of Mayarde’s Helping Hands while helping the organization expand programs and initiatives that serve women, children, families, and communities in need. His approach reflects a strong belief in responsible stewardship, thoughtful planning, and using resources effectively to advance the organization’s mission.

When not serving on the Board or in the community, Josué enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Claudie Mayarde Pierre, Founder & CEO of Mayarde’s Helping Hands Inc., and their son, Jeremiah. Family is at the heart of what matters most to him, and he cherishes the opportunity to create meaningful memories together whenever time permits.
