DaMonique Adams
Chief Operating Officer
DaMonique Adams is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School and Albany State University. She currently serves as an Accounting Representative for a prominent transportation company and brings a strong commitment to service, accountability, and community impact to her leadership with Mayarde’s Helping Hands Inc.
As Chief Operating Officer, DaMonique supports the organization’s day-to-day operations and works alongside the leadership team to advance MHH’s mission, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and ensure that programs and services remain centered on the needs of the communities we serve.
A dedicated community servant, DaMonique has volunteered with organizations including Hands On Atlanta, Toys for Tots, and MyStyle Matters. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, where service and community engagement remain important parts of her personal commitment to giving back.
DaMonique believes that individuals facing unforeseen circumstances should never feel less deserving because of their situation. She is passionate about being part of the solution and living out the change she wishes to see in her community.
Her leadership is grounded in service, collaboration, and the belief that meaningful impact is strongest when people work together.
